Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Rhoback gear, which is why we offer a seamless returns and exchanges process within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like a direct exchange for a different size or color, store credit, or a full refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, print it out, and securely pack your items in their original packaging or a similar protective mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your request within 5-7 business days of receipt.
